About Stephanie

I have been a healer all my life. For almost 10 years I’ve worked in Western medicine, specifically emergency medicine. Then, 5 years ago, I read the book “Shaman, Healer, Sage” by Alberto Villoldo, and before I had finished the end of the first chapter my shamanic journey had begun. After that, I devoted myself to discovering shamanism and shamanic medicine. Since then, my life has been simply magical and has exceeded anything I could have imagined for myself.  In February 2016 I spent the month in the Andes Mountains, Chile training with the Q’ero shamans and teacher Alberto Villoldo at The Light Body School, where I received my certification as a Shamanic Energy Practitioner. Stepping into the role of Shaman and Healer and Dreamer is a continuous evolution and transformational dance for me, and it is with deep honor and gratitude that I share this ancient wisdom and vision with my clients.

My mission is to bring each client into alignment with their highest destiny by guiding them gently through dissolving the karma, disease, trauma and pain that stalks them, and in turn becoming fully awake to their true luminous nature.

It is my deepest desire to see all people step into the role of the dreamer, to walk in beauty and harmony upon the earth, and have the world around them reflect back perfectly all the beauty, all the grace, all the power and all the love that exists in their hearts.

Relationship Reading

Q: Where did you grow up?
STEPHANIE: I grew up in Wayne, PA. I attended the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, and graduated from Roanoke College in Virginia with a bachelors of Arts in English. I now live in Berwyn PA with my husband, son, 3 dogs and cat.

Q: How did you end as a holistic medicine practitioner?
STEPHANIE: Looking back, I now know that I have always been on the healers journey. The call to shamanism and energy healing came to me in 2010 when I picked up Alberto Villoldo’s book “Shaman, Healer, Sage”.  Every word felt deeply familiar, and a certain remembering began. This return to nature and the ancient wisdom of the earth was the beginning of the road I am now walking.

Q: What is your goal in the treatment room?

STEPHANIE: My mission is to connect. Deeply connect. And hold space for others while they do the same. My ultimate goal with each client is to invite them to align with their highest destiny; to assist people in getting in right relationship with themselves and their body and their life. This begins the moment they walk through my door. Then its about receiving the blessings for having honored your souls calling.

Q: What are a few habits/ lifestyle recommendations you want to offer the world?*

Green Juice, Epsom salt baths, eating in bed, kissing animals on the lips, and Shamanic Journeying!

Q: Do you have a spiritual practice?

My spiritual practice is love. I work to embody non attachment and non judgement and live with no expectation.

Q: What does your morning routine look like?*

My routine- I plan to wake up at 6AM with the rising sun, meditate, do breath work exercises, make exquisite green juice, and ponder my souls intention for the day. Ok, so what really happens is- I wake up around 9:15AM being poked in the face by my 3 year old, Mason. After unsuccessfully trying to talk him into letting me sleep longer, I rise to find my dogs have shredded a stack of napkins in anticipation of breakfast. I take a deep breath and remember everything is just as it should be, perfect. Im given a spider man mask to wear while I cook breakfast. We eat and play and allow the day to show us its beauty and plan…

Q: What book have you given away most?

STEPHANIE: Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield

Q: Do you have a favorite quote?*

STEPHANIE: My teacher Alberto always says- “we have all been together before, around the fire, with the buffalo at our backs.”

Q: What are you currently most passionate about?*

STEPHANIE: My passion right now is my work and the infinite and wonderful ways we come to heal ourselves and each other across lifetimes! I am constantly in awe of the complexity and perfection of the human experience, it is really nuts!

Q: What do you like to do in your free time? what do you like to do for fun?

STEPHANIE: Free time goes to my family about 85% of the time… the rest I split between visits with dear friends and my second family at the Berwyn Fire Company (where I volunteer as an EMT). For me, the ultimate fun time would be hiking some distant mountain or forest with my family and friends- getting lost in nature and building a fire.

Q: Who is your hero?

STEPHANIE: This is my favorite question because its so easy for me! My hero is hands down my husband. I could write an epic on all the reasons he is my hero, but the short version is that he has held impeccable and unwavering space for me the past ten years, and has been the greatest advocate for my souls true journey in this life and many others. I honor him in all ways.
